Prochaska Prospect - Scout Petroleum

The Prochaska Prospect was drilled and operated by Republic Resources, L.L.C. in January of 2005.

A fault closure was encountered in multiple lower Frio sands of Agua Dulce Field. The well was brought
on line in March in the Lamb Sand and is currently producing approximately 500 MCFGD +3 BOPD with
little or no water. Five other sands in the well appear productive through formation tests and sidewall
core data in addition to petrophysical analyses.
